Please read these Terms of Service carefully prior to accessing or utilizing the Naeem MD pairing panel or associated automated scripts. By accessing https://naeemtech.site/ or generating a pair code, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these terms.

1. Independent Software Status

Naeem MD is an independent open-source automation utility developed for educational and community assistance purposes. Naeem MD is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates.

2. User Responsibility & Account Risk

WhatsApp's Terms of Service restrict certain types of automated activity, bulk messaging, and unauthorized scraping. By using Naeem MD:

• You acknowledge that connecting any third-party automation software to your WhatsApp account carries inherent risks, including temporary rate limits or account suspension by WhatsApp LLC.
• You agree to use Naeem MD responsibly and at your sole discretion and risk.
• We strongly advise using numbers intended for community management rather than critical primary personal accounts.

3. Strict Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize Naeem MD, its commands, or its web platform to:

• Transmit unsolicited mass spam, unauthorized advertisements, or fraudulent pyramid schemes.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or defame any individual or group of individuals.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, malicious payloads, or exploit scripts.
• Disseminate adult, non-consensual, violent, or unlawful media.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Naeem MD pairing server or edge proxy.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate blacklisting of your phone number from our servers without prior notice.

4. Entertainment & Simulated Commands

Certain commands within the Naeem MD library (such as joke commands or simulated text effects) are intended strictly for lighthearted entertainment within consented group chats. These commands do not access external private databases or compromise any device.

5. "AS-IS" Warranty Disclaimer

The Naeem MD pairing panel and automation suite are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. The developer team provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Naeem MD, its creators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service—including any action taken against your WhatsApp account by Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Naeem MD at our discretion. Continuing to access the pairing panel following term revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
